The Story Behind the Bottle

What started as four casks filled in 2017 became a challenge of perseverance and passion. When the casks began leaking, they were carefully blended down to two—exceptional old whisky casks sourced from Scotland 60+ year old American Oak.

Unlike the typical French Oak casks used for rum, we used 60-year-old American Oak casks that brought a distinct character, depth and a remarkable fusion of flavours to the final creation. With a total aging period of 7 years, 9 months, and 23 days for this exceptional spirit the resulting blend is nothing short of extraordinary.
