Our distillery is located in Dongara, Western Australia, about three and a half hours’s drive from Perth.
35 Illyarrie Rd, Springfield WA 6525
Thursday – Saturday 11am – 5pm.
Distillery Tours operate at 12:30pm and bookings are essential. Make your booking online.
We are closed Queen’s Memorial Day, Easter Friday, Anzac Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When are you open?
Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays (excluding public holidays) 11am till 5pm. Tours are at 12.30pm and need to be booked online.

Can I bring my dog?
You can, you will just need to tie them up to one of the dog tie posts, please ask our team if you need any water for them when you get here.
How do I find you?
If you have maps you should be able to find your way by typing in Illegal Tender Rum Co, depending on which way you’re coming from you will come down Springfield Dr which will then take you down Ironbark Road, then onto Sheoak Road, then onto Illyarrie Road.
I have a caravan. Can I park at the Distillery?
You definitely can! Simply use the roundabout to turn around and then park alongside the power poles.
Where’s my order?
Presently Australia Post is experiencing some severe wait times, please let us know if you don’t receive your tracking from them and we will follow this up, please have your order number handy.
I have a voucher, where can I use it?
Vouchers have 3 years from the Issue date to be used, If you have a sports voucher from our sponsorship for your club this is only for 1 year due to the nature of sponsorship.
Google says you are open, but you’re not!
Bugs! Unfortunately, this is the sort of bug you can’t vaccinate from and we do experience this issue and have contacted Google multiple times to get this sorted, apologies for the inconvenience.
